billing discrepancy poor follow up

I encountered a billing discrepancy upon check-in. The rate quoted initially was different from what I was ultimately charged. It was sorted later. The follow up from staff regarding a complaint I had was not good. NO one took action.

fantastic stay close to the airport

seamless check-in friendly staff beautiful hotel

the check-in process was seamless. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is beautiful and it is conveniently located near the airport, a bonus.

the room size is too small. the reception areas are not attractive. there was no warm welcome. i think it is not value for money because at the same price you will find lots of 5-star hotels nearby.

Wonderful Stay and Really good Service!

dedicated team excellent service smooth hospitality

Shivam and his team delivered excellent service, as did the in-room dining team. Mr Gupta was perfect, and the food prepared by the chef was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the front desk officers, especially Ritika, who made check-in and check-out smooth.

I encountered an issue when trying to contact the reception from my room. No one answered my calls on two separate attempts, I would expect a quicker response at a hotel of this standard.

Really good experience!

superb breakfast many options warmth greeting attentive staff

The breakfast was SUPERB. There were many options and the staff were attentive. I booked through the hotel website with a specific price. The staff accepted it, it was nice. Every team member from housekeeping to reception greets with warmth. The staff was ALWAYS humble attentive and responsive.

The in-room air conditioning gave too much NOTICE.

i stayed at this hotel and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. the hotel services met my needs. the cleanliness and hygiene standards were high. i found the washrooms provided great amenities.

The tv in my room did not work. I couldn't access any channels or use netflix.

The room had many useful features. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room service was quick, food arriving within 25 minutes. The buffet offered a wide choice of food.
